We're looking for a Lead Copywriter to join The&Partnership until the end of December.
This is a new project team working on a technology retail client across integrated campaigns. You’ll need previous experience working on fast-moving research, strategic and creative briefs and delivering them to the business both on budget and on time.
This is a fixed term contract until Dec 2023, including hybrid working of 1-2 days in the client's office in Bishopsgate. This is a bilingual role with English and one of the following: Polish, Arabic or Italian.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a team of copywriters to ensure our messaging is consistent, on-brand, on-brief across our marketing collateral across paid, owned and earned activations and languages
Oversee and own copy production during campaign periods (including approval) across EMEA full-funnel campaign touchpoints
Oversee transcreation of assets across in-house and agency teams
Create and manage complex messaging matrixes that bring to life the campaign strategy, speak to the audience and meet our communication objectives
Manage external agencies to ensure a consistent approach to messaging and TOV is being used correctly in channel
Facilitate / take part in creative concept sessions, leading copy development and considerations
Work collaboratively with the Art Director to deliver content solutions identified by the Content Lead and Executives
Identify new opportunities by actively bridging the gap between different teams and disciplines (e.g. Creative + Strategy + Web + SEO)
Work with web experience team to ensure our new content work stream integrates and translates online
Suggest and test A/B measurement opportunities + ensure your team learn from campaign and content performance results
Work collaboratively with discipline leads to ensure best in-channel creative is being produced
Outside of campaign production periods, you will focus your time on organic content development and production alongside content performance reviews and improvements
Must Have Experience
Lead / managed teams (ideally of multiple languages.)
Strong English written and verbal skills with strong ability in another language, with a strong preference for Polish, Arabic or Italian
Transcreation experience
Able to work with ambiguity and take ownership with little direction
Experience working in a team that covers multiple disciplines (e.g. creative, strategy, web etc)
