About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Assurance North America bespoke online solution, a key product in the UK Tax & Accountancy market. You will be required to maintain currency of the products by monitoring and tracking external sources and via internal updating processes. There will be the opportunity to build both client and third-party supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Monitoring, tracking and updating US and Canadian legal, tax or regulatory developments
Ensuring adherence with client and third-party supplier SLAs
Maintenance of editorial and stylistic standards
Determine content and functionality enhancements
Work effectively with other departments to ensure integrity of online product
Quality assurance of published material and working with technical teams and third-party suppliers to resolve any delivery issues
Dealing with technical teams, clients and third-party suppliers as well as online support, customer services and business development as required
Occasional responsibility for day-to-day running of UK/International Assurance

Requirements

Essential

Ability to demonstrate editorial awareness through their experience to date.
Good working knowledge of XML and Microsoft office packages for editing purposes.
Understanding of content management systems and processes to create and upload online content.
Ability to solve problems and enthusiasm for working on online products.
Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and coordinate projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and client requirements.
Meticulous attention to detail, strong administrative standards and practices.
Good communication skills.
Proactive and flexible attitude towards work.

Desirable

Experience with file comparison/differentiation software would be advantageous.
Basic knowledge of French or Spanish.
Awareness of American and/or Canadian English usage and grammar.
