We’re looking for a multi-disciplined Editor who has an inventive approach. Use of new techniques and technologies is welcome and encouraged. While we work mainly in digital, we value the experience and insight that come with editors from all backgrounds in short/long-form, branded content, television, features, music videos, localization, archive-centric videos, and GFX-heavy content.

This is a temporary role. This assignment is currently anticipated to begin in December 2023 and continue through February 2024, however the length of assignment could change depending on business needs.

We are a digital content studio and broadcaster, specializing in distribution and monetization of video content across YouTube and all social platforms, as well as production of original and brand-funded video content. We manage YouTube channels and social video for over 100 global TV brands, from Gordon Ramsay to Formula E. We also produce original and branded video content, and have launched several award-winning branded campaigns. We have offices in London, Munich, Berlin and Los Angeles.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

Edit high-volume, original and repurposed archived content for digital distribution
Work closely with our channel management team to rapidly develop creative concepts that showcase content in a viral manner
Manipulate and process footage for maximum viewership
Perform research and source assets to enhance projects, as needed
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, across various simultaneous projects and stakeholders
Communicate vision and post needs clearly with production and post-production teams
Ability to work with motion graphics (AfterEffects) and Photoshop.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, and Photoshop
Deep understanding of editing styles now popular on social media (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
Ability to follow direction and work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Team player with a hard-working, flexible attitude and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment.

Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
