Assistant Editor

Pacific Community Media—which owns the Long Beach Post, a growing digital publication and among the largest newsrooms in Los Angeles County, and the Long Beach Business Journal, a twice-monthly business publication—has an immediate opening for an assistant editor to help manage print publications, newsletters and edit stories, video packages, social media posts and other content. This job will require a skilled and experienced journalist who is adept at multitasking and can handle a wide range of tasks, including serving as the primary point person to oversee each edition of the Business Journal.
