External Corporate Communications Director is accountable for multiple facets of the public perception and reputation of the company (M&T and WT). Managing the reputation involves developing integrated communication strategies, understanding the importance of timing and setting, responding to crises and setbacks, overseeing and working closely with a team of diverse communications roles and agencies, and ensuring that campaigns, content, information and all executions released are consistent with the Enterprise strategy at large.
