Manager, Corporate Communications & Public Affairs

Reporting to the Head, Corporate Communications, this role will be responsible for driving proactive programs in support of the company’s external and internal communications goals.

Responsibilities Will Include

Supporting TMX Group’s media relations activities by: proactively seeking media coverage of corporate activities and developments; positioning the value and competitive position of various business units and offerings, and responding to media requests.

Partnering with operational business areas as required, to understand their business needs and core objectives and to develop and execute communications action plans to help deliver on the objectives.

Collaborating to create strategic messaging and presentations in support of senior executives.
Partnering with colleagues in marketing to develop integrated marketing and communications programs that will deliver against business needs and entrench TMX as a leading brand.
