Description

Seeking a Managing Editor to strategize and oversee the creation of content as well as the implementation processes, and you must have leadership and technical skills. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is organized, solution-oriented, and interested in the fashion, film, music, and art industries.

Responsibilities

Develop issues' content and topics in collaboration with the editor-in-chief
Collaborate and foster relationships with a broad range of teams, internal and external, including business directors, sales representatives, editorial staff, digital, art staff, creative staff, production staff, and freelancer
Adapt to a constantly changing work environment
Recruit, coach, and supervise employees
Establish project calendars, schedules, and deadlines for writers, photographers, designers, etc.
Supervising all stages of the content creation process, from writing to editing and publishing
