The JH Communications and Events team brings our story to life and shares it with the world. We build compelling narratives across internal and external mediums to help people connect with our products, brand, and vision while driving engagement across our teams. The Manager, Public Relations will report to John Hancock’s Head of Public Relations & Social Media. You will be responsible for promoting the John Hancock brand within the U.S. media landscape, ensuring external stakeholders understand our John Hancock business strategy, our award-winning culture, and the products and services we offer. You will partner closely with subject matter experts across the organization to build and sustain strategic communication plans that articulate our broader communications and business strategies. As part of our global communications community, you will use your strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship building skills to collaborate closely with communications and events colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders to provide excellent communication counsel. With your exceptional writing and storytelling skills, you will engage the media to drive increased share of voice for John Hancock among competitors.
