We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, promote our product/offerings, and drive target audience engagement and conversion. The Marketing Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and persuasive written content, implementing effective digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, and securing media opportunities through persuasive pitching and relationship cultivation.

Responsibilities

Writing:
Create compelling content for diverse marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletter, and advertising materials.
Craft messaging that engages audiences and compels action by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products/offerings.
Ensure all written materials align with brand guidelines, maintain consistent messaging, and optimize for search engine visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates.
Design and implement digital content to optimize user interaction, conversion, and brand affinity on our website and other digital platforms.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
Media engagement (Podcasts, Press):
Identify relevant podcasts and press opportunities to expand brand visibility and secure media coverage.
Develop persuasive pitches, compelling story angles, and press releases that effectively captivate the interest of podcast hosts, journalists, and editors while aligning seamlessly with their specific editorial interests and preferences.
Establish and nurture relationships with media professionals to cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
Track media coverage and report on the success of pitching efforts.
