Provide communications/content development strategies and support for Sika Industry and Automotive businesses and associated functional departments requiring interna/external communications. Production of digital marketing/web content/advertising, print and display collaterals, presentations, newsletters, promotional item, Manage and coordinate all Trade show events, customer events and internal business meetings as required including special projects as required.

Specific Responsibilities

Work with VP Marketing and Business team to develop overall Marketing and Communication strategies and execution of planned activities.
Ensure that all communications are consistent with Corporate Identification and messaging standards.
Work with Market Field Managers and cross functional department managers to produce internal and external communications/ content, collaterals, promotional materials, press releases, contemporary and digital advertisements, brochures, newsletters, articles, etc.
Assist cross functional departments in development of presentations to ensure the message and graphics are consistent with Corporate Identification.
Work with Digital Marketing Manager on social media and internal Share Point content as well as Sika website appearance, including graphics, programs, and content.
Coordinate and assist in production of videos as required.
Coordinate development of exhibits and promotional displays to enhance Trade show and Exhibition events, product promotions and support to promote sales, support coordination of all trade show activities.
Participate in competitive research and investigations to support the Marketing group, promotional and other marketing efforts; produce required reports, summaries, and recommendations.
Collateral production using desktop and digital tools, managing external resources for projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

Marketing or Communications degree (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum four years of marketing or related experience
Minimum four years event planning experience
Minimum four years of Project Management experience
Extensive desktop publishing (4 years minimum), PC and graphic skills, with standard industry software in scope, knowledge of video software a plus. This is a collateral production role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including collateral writing abilities.
Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple projects, prioritize work to deadlines and manage budgets.
Ability to develop and maintain contacts with editors or trade journals/newspapers
