Marketing & Communications Specialist (Part-time)

Tobias Financial Advisors (TFA) has a Marketing and Communications Specialist position opening. The Marketing and Communications Specialist's primary responsibility is to support the firm with the implementation of marketing, communications, and sales-related initiatives. This individual will be responsible for event marketing and coordination, preparation of marketing materials, and execution and implementation of the marketing plan. The candidate will aid in the development, promotion, and maintenance of a successful marketing campaign geared towards existing clients, prospective clients, and advisors or other potential referral sources. The associate will provide general support to the team such as preparation of letters/newsletters, maintaining up-to-date information on firm website and third-party sites, attend marketing and business development meetings, develop innovative methods to enhance business development, and coordinate special mailings and personal touches.
