We’re looking for a self-motivated marketer and storyteller to take ownership of our social channels creating work that positively impacts the lives of people and the planet! You’ll play a critical role in shaping the digital face of the brand by executing strategically and tactically across owned and earned media channels.

Whole foods are a cornerstone to health and wellbeing, but the truth is people don’t eat enough! We believe that fruit and vegetables can be more; fun, delicious and desirable. But encouraging people (in particular children) to eat more fruit and vegetables and reducing food waste is hard - we’re going to need all the help that we can get to have a global impact!

Welly is a Melbourne-born brand and small group of passionate people dedicated to enhancing wellbeing whilst reducing the impact of food waste on the planet! We’re reimagining fruit and vegetables in ways they’ve never been used before - making them better than ever!
Launched in September 2022, we have now helped thousands of people achieve greater wellbeing through Australia’s first “instant” smoothies. We have two sub-brands, Welly and Welly Kids, that focus on two unique audiences.

What to expect as Welly’s Marketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator at Welly, you will take the reins of our owned and earned media channels and be responsible for creating and managing Welly’s digital presence across social content, brand partnerships, influencer collaborations and media relations.
You’ll be a driving force for bringing creative, digital ideas to life and collaborating on the overall brand strategy. You’ll execute tactics that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. This is a high-impact role where creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling are crucial.
Plan, produce and edit video content for social media channels, including launching and growing our TikTok channel and increasing our presence across Instagram whilst ensuring consistency and building our overall brand awareness
Create and manage our content calendars embedding the brands pillars, establishing mental availability and and building our visual representation working with our design contractors
Establish and nurture relationships with content creators/influencers, brand ambassadors and lead collaborations and partnerships with aligned brands
Who you are and what you bring to the team
You’re a go-getter and fast learner who’s comfortable taking initiative, and solving problems in collaboration with a small team
Demonstrated experience with the ideation, creation and execution process of growing brand awareness through social media channels and content creation
Ability to clearly articulate and present ideas in addition to being an exceptional communicator with a keen eye for detail
Familiar with video production and editing and comfortable appearing on camera across branded social media channels
Amazing to-haves:
Experience/studies in nutrition or dietetics
