The role of Marketing at WTW is to support the company's growth and revenue goals and to protect and promote a consistent global brand. As trusted business advisors, the marketing group functions as an integrated global team providing comprehensive support to all business segments and regions through well planned and executed marketing campaigns. In this position, you will be a member of North America Regional Marketing, located in the Minneapolis area, delivering marketing programs in the market, as well as supporting our efforts across the Midwest and North America. The Marketing Manager collaborates with the local leadership team, strategizes and oversees the implementation of marketing initiatives. This role also supports, promotes and improves the internal and external identity of WTW by developing and maintaining external strategic relationships, identifying opportunities for branding, leading projects related to research, issuing internal communications and supporting other large-scale projects in accordance with the marketing objectives established at the North American level.
