Be Accountable and Responsible
Provide strategic leadership for the Client Service team
Focus primarily on clients in the healthcare space, although opportunities in other verticals will arise
Responsible for relationships with key clients to facilitate the overall needs of the account
Utilize experience to identify business challenges and solutions for clients and the agency
Understand the market and competitors to understand client challenges and opportunities
Actively seek opportunities for organic growth within clients
Engage senior staff from Client Service with other departments as project objectives or issues warrant
Manage and grow a team as a mentor and trusted advisor
Maintains working knowledge of MERGE’s offerings and resources and apply as appropriate
