For the strategic development and implementation of client programs that strengthen brands, build awareness, protect reputations, motivate employees and help grow our client’s business. You will demonstrate exceptional media relations skills and manage multiple projects. As emerging leaders of the agency, you will also mentor and inspire junior team associates. As a key day-to-day leader on critical accounts you will manage execution of internal and external communications programs for multiple clients; including corporate reputation initiatives, employee engagement programs, proactive and reactive media relations programs and social media initiatives and more. In this position you will demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and provide sound, responsive and reliable strategic counsel to our clients. In some cases, you will partner and collaborate with cross-departmental colleagues to ensure fully integrated marketing projects meet delivery requirements, deadlines and costs while maintaining the highest levels of client service.
