Communications Manager, Novi Platform

Meta is looking for a Communications Manager to join its Novi team. Novi is a product group at Meta (formerly Facebook) focused on building payments and financial services products to ensure that everyone, everywhere has access to the world’s financial system to accelerate financial inclusion and economic empowerment. This person will support Novi’s platform communications efforts.In this role, you will lead strategic thought leadership communications on our payments and financial services innovation. You will work closely with engineering and research organizations to tell the story of the foundational tech we are building to help usher in the next wave of technology that gives people and businesses more control over their financial futures. The ideal candidate is someone who can oversee a range of high-impact communications programs and who can help understand the complexities of financial technology and partner closely with engineering and research leadership to help prioritize the projects, programs and opportunities for thought leadership and help develop the overall communications strategy for the Novi platform team. A passion for payments and financial services technology and the ability to move fast in fluid situations is key for this role. This individual excels at working collaboratively and can consistently deliver high-quality work, even under time constraints.
