Minnesota has created a top-notch quality of life, including plentiful high-paying jobs, good schools and health care, parks and cultural offerings. But a broad swath of Minnesotans have been excluded from that prosperity. This reporter examines the forces of income inequality holding back so many Minnesotans — and the policies we need to fix it.
