We are looking for an experienced Assistant News Editor to join us at Mirror Online.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and setting the news agenda read by millions around the world every day. We are looking for an experienced, versatile journalist and editor who can write stories when required but also cover on the news desk.

We’re looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives from people from a wide range of backgrounds, and we want you to tell us the stories you believe are important from our many communities so we can continue to diversify our content.

We are happy to consider applications on a flexible working basis, and will always aim to accommodate requests where possible.

This role is hub based, linked to our London Hub. We are therefore open to candidates based in and around London.
