The E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley Digital Marketing team play a critical role in the development of marketing efforts and touchpoints acquiring new prospects to the company. We are looking for a talented, versatile marketer who's resourceful and eager to learn. You will be part of the marketing team within E*TRADE (part of Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management Division) and, as such, have a passion for the brand, advertising, the customer, and competitive insights that go into it, and the marketing strategy/channels that drive it. Reporting to the VP, Digital Marketing, the AVP, Digital Marketing is responsible for the development of new campaigns and tactics in support of strategic initiatives. This ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player capable of partnering across the firm with stakeholders in marketing, product, sales & service, and legal. In this digital marketing, segment focused position, you will have the opportunity to directly shape the customer experience for some of Morgan Stanley's most engaged clients: those with both managed and self-directed relationships. The right candidate for this role should have a good understanding of Wealth Management and self-directed brokerage products and services and be passionate about creating highly engaging campaigns that help drive account engagement and increase retention.
