We are seeking a Content Producer to join Yeti, MullenLowe’s internal production company.

The Content Producer must be self-motivated, punctual, highly organized and calm under pressure. You will play a significant role in the evolution of our internal production capabilities as we continue to push the boundaries of production in creative and efficient ways. You will be responsible for producing content that will live in any/all mediums, such as broadcast, digital, social…etc. along with content to be used for internal purposes, such as new business proposals, meetings and award shows. This job requires managing production budgets, line producing shoots (on location/in studio), managing the creative teams and production/post production work flow for our team of internal videographers, editors, and animators.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills due to frequent collaboration between our creative department and our production team. You must have the demeanor to work side by side with senior management as well as with clients in an often-frenetic working environment. The content producer must be able to multi-task through long hours and ever-changing directives while maintaining a diplomatic and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

Create estimates, schedules and deliverables lists for each project.
Line produce on-location/studio shoots.
Maintain positive working relationship with creative department.
Ensure Yeti team members have all of the creative tools to complete their tasks.
Maintain communication with all departments involved throughout production process.
Maintains accurate records and documents related to all productions in progress.
Interpret deliverable specs, ensure production team is hitting all benchmarks.
Provide hands on support for all team members.

Qualifications

3-5 years of professional line producer & post producer experience;
Strong knowledge of post production work flow.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Knowledge of 2D & 3D animation work flow.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly;
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Able to work independently without supervision.
Basic understanding of working with cost consultants.
Additional knowledge and ability to trouble shoot relevant technology and gear needed to stay competitive and perform to our standards is a plus.
Local to Boston preferred

The salary range for this position is $90K - $110K. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience and qualifications.
