Private Debt Fundraising and Marketing Associate

NB Private Debt is a rapidly growing group within Neuberger Berman Alternatives with approximately $10 billion of AUM. NB Private Debt focuses on performing first lien, senior secured loans to U.S. private equity-owned companies. The Private Debt Fundraising and Marketing Associate will be part of and work closely with the 22-person Private Debt investment team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The Fundraising and Marketing Associate will have constant interaction with senior members of the team and firm. The position provides an opportunity to be an early entrant into a rapidly growing business with significant career momentum and growth. This is not a structured program and strong performers will have the opportunity to continue on in a career track capacity.
