The Bluffton News-Banner in Bluffton, Ind., has an immediate opening for an editor to lead a team of talented reporters. The News-Banner is an award-winning local family-owned newspaper, dedicated to producing quality journalism Monday through Saturday of each week. We believe our core focus is what separates us from most daily newspapers our size.

We are looking for an experienced journalist who will help reporters find and write stories that connect with our readers. Our staff includes five full-time and two part-time writers, plus multiple contributing writers. Strong news judgment, editing, people management skills, and problem-solving abilities are a must.

The individual will be expected to cover a beat as well as working with reporters to develop content that engages our readers.
