Role Responsibilities
Oversee and drive daily content for online and print
Manage news, event and content planning
Identify biggest stories of the day and drive through to publication
Work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced newsroom environment
Lead journalists to drive subscriber growth and retention
Oversee the generation of engaging content and search for fresh stories that are not already breaking
About you
An aspiring newsroom leader with exceptional news judgement
Extensive reporting, editing and social media experience
Solid print and digital experience and ability to drive audience growth
Experience overseeing the writing of quality content to tight deadlines is desired
You are a team player with excellent communication skills and knowledge of an extensive range of topics
