Digital Producer

Reporting to Head of Production, primarily this role is responsible for delivering digital commercial products and campaigns. In this role, you are responsible for assisting the digital commercial teams in driving campaign delivery and commercial product development across Vogue.com.au. GQ.com.au and Vogue Living. Additionally you would be expected to assist with production tasks on other news brands when needed.

Responsibilities

Day to day delivery of digital commercial campaigns and products across Vogue, GQ and Vogue Living

Production of web products, EDM products, sponsored and partner content.

Reporting on channel performance (newsletters, web, advertorial and sponsored content across owned and social platforms).

Daily production support to commercial, editorial and marketing teams.

Daily updating of task progress via JIRA and in team stand ups and WIPs.

Undertake and complete website build and production tasks across TDD brands under the direction of the head of production where necessary.

Who are you?

Previous experience working in digital production/content role

Working knowledge of digital production platforms including WordPress VIP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar newsletter management systems), Google Suite, YouTube, native video platforms.

Working knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social analytics.

Basic knowledge of web languages (including HTML) Preferred but not essential.

Working knowledge of visual editing tools including Photoshop.

Collaboration and team working skills.

Stakeholder influencing and communication skills.

Patience and tact.
