What’s the role?

Write and produce compelling stories across a range of subjects in a timely manner
Use social media to source people with interesting stories and contact them for interviews
Pitch and deliver unique content that will drive conversation, engagement and click-throughs across multiple platforms
Use analytics to inform future story choices
You will be required to work weekend shifts

Who are you?

Successful reporter already working in a digital newsroom
Passionate about delivering compelling content
Strong writing skills and understand how to use headlines and pictures to hook readers
Interview skills and solid news judgement
Comfortable working independently
Active across multiple social media platforms and member of a wide range of Facebook groups for news gathering purposes.
Understand SEO and analytics
