Set a course for adventure. Port Townsend sits in the rain shadow (meaning most of the rain misses us) of the Olympic Mountains at the end of the world on the shores of the Salish Sea. Rich in maritime history (the wooden boat capital of the world) we need a passionate newspaper person to lead our editorial product. This is a progressive city of 15,000 with a rural area that encompasses some of the Olympic Mountain range from which many rivers flow into the Hood Canal fjord, the Juan de Fuca strait and the Pacific ocean.
