The New Castle News in New Castle, Pennsylvania, seeks an aggressive, enterprising news reporter to cover New Castle city government and school boards in Lawrence County.
The reporter will be responsible for covering city council, the mayor’s office, and other city issues, including an upcoming charter referendum on Home Rule. The successful candidate will also cover school boards and spot news. Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate. Video, photography, or pagination skills are a plus.
