Digital Audience and Content Editor

We are looking for a digital dynamo to drive our Wiltshire websites to the next level. Is digital story-telling your passion? Can you use Google Trends, Crowdtangle and performance tools such as Chartbeat and Parse.ly, to make sure our reporting team is achieving their potential? Then you could be the person we are looking for to help lead our newsroom and grow our websites. You will work alongside a team of audience and content editors, motivating, mentoring and developing the reporting team and helping them get the very best out of their stories online and help us grow our audience. You will need to be able to direct our teams of excellent reporters and be happy to help coach our trainees, alongside our talented newsdesk teams.
