Lifestyle Executive Producer/Co-Host

Duties Include:

Assists in writing, copy editing, researching, and coordinating content.
Superior on-air presence interviewing guests/clients in the studio and on location.
Knowledge of current events, pop culture, and community connections.
Help find local engaging stories to highlight on-air and on social media.
Researching show topics and developing questions for guests.
Writing and editing stories and in-studio pieces.
Working with producer and co-host in booking guests.
Working with production team on taping schedules and live show management.
Work with sales department to help ensure a positive experience for clients.
Ability to deliver pre-live shows and pre-produced stories on time and on brand.
Post stories to shows website and daily social media posts.
Station Representative at Community Events
Other duties as assigned by CSD.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
An infectious personality that viewers will love watching each day
Excellent communication skills required to actively work with all departments (Sales, Marketing, News, Production, Programming) at the station
Minimum 2 Years On-Air Lifestyle Hosting & Producing Experience
Ability to lead a small team
Ability to shoot video is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere) a huge plus.
Knowledge of ENPS and Daybook helpful
