As Audience & Acquisition Executive you are curious, data-focused and detail-oriented, able to juggle competing priorities and communicate clearly to a wide range of stakeholders. Working alongside the Audience & Acquisition Lead, you will support the ongoing refinement of our registered user strategy, help to grow our addressable audience understanding and champion the application of data-led initiatives across the customer journey to drive next best action and support our subscription revenue targets. You will support the development, build, delivery and optimisation of targeted communications programs through onsite and email channels, drawing on customer insight and creative best practice. You’ll work closely with your peers across the wider marketing team, particularly the CRO and CRM teams, plus your brand peers to deliver high-end journeys for our registered users. This role is responsible for supporting the activation and management of onsite and registered-user audience activity for the Nine publishing brands, which includes; The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, Brisbane Times and the Financial Review.
