To have your work featured on the most prestigious media sites in the world. (Yes, even The New York Times.)
To break away from the mind-numbing confines of traditional marketing and PR, where your audience is always customers and your focus is always products and services.
To make good on your dream of becoming a writer, a journalist, a storyteller… and winning awards for your most creative work.
To work at a creative agency where the clients hire you not to promote them, but to produce the most interesting, entertaining, creative stories you can imagine.
Don’t miss this chance.
North Star Inbound seeks a Data Journalist (not a Content Strategist; we just have to play along with LinkedIn’s unimaginative algorithm) to produce digital PR campaigns. Daily, you will be brainstorming, researching, analyzing, writing, and art-directing content that millions of people will consume.
We want someone who’s a natural storyteller with great instincts for making headlines in the media. You’ll need to be as comfortable writing the perfect survey question as you are analyzing a menacing 35-tab spreadsheet of Census data.
You must be widely read, conversant in many subjects, and endlessly curious. You should know what the latest TikTok trend is and what notable cases the Supreme Court is hearing soon.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong time management skills and extraordinary attention to detail (see: your content will be read by millions of people).
Are you a creative marketer but tired of marketing stuff? Are you a shrewd reporter but tired of the limitations of your beat? Are you a content manager, content strategist, or any other stripe of worker who just happens to be looking for the coolest job in marketing? Well, you’ve found it.
