The Managing Editor Standards and Practices + Leadership Development will have a broad leadership profile in the newsroom, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of News. In this role, you’ll develop and lead a standards and practices advisory team in the newsroom, which will tackle many of the day to day ethical and reporting issues that arise throughout the news cycle. In partnership with our Human Resources – Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also lead efforts to develop and source top talent into the NPR newsroom, with an emphasis on diversity & inclusion in our leadership.
