As a Public Relations Manager at Nuvolum, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build and maintain a positive public image for our clients. You will be responsible for media outreach and will heavily utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance and streamline our PR efforts. Your strategic thinking, creativity, and technological acumen will be essential in achieving our communication goals.
You will play a critical role in growing Nuvolum’s extensive portfolio of healthcare and technology clients through strategic PR and communication strategies that drive local and national attention.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the PR team to develop and executive comprehensive PR and communication strategies for our Ofelos brands and elite portfolio of healthcare and technology clients.
Work collaboratively with managing partners and the Client Success team on PR and communication campaigns to support larger marketing goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with Client Success to develop influencer campaigns that target healthcare & technology industries.
2. Media & Influencer Outreach:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, natural, and industry-specific media outlets and journalists.
Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and story ideas to secure local and national coverage.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, press conferences, and media interactions as needed.
Initiate and maintain communications with influencers through emails, direct messages, or influencer marketing platforms.
3. AI Integration:
Identify AI-driven tools and platforms to enhance PR processes and media monitoring.
Leverage AI to analyze media trends, sentiment, and audience engagement for data-driven PR strategies.
Implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for efficient media inquiries and responses.
4. Content Production:
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging multimedia content.
Utilize AI-generated content, such as reports, articles, and visuals, to support PR campaigns.
5. Crisis Management:
Develop crisis communication plans and protocols, integrating AI for rapid response and analysis.
Monitor online conversations and sentiments to identify potential PR crises and proactively address them.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor media coverage and or influencer campaigns, track industry trends, and provide regular reports on PR efforts
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics
7. Media Training:
Conduct virtual media coaching sessions for clients as needed and in-person media training sessions and mock interviews at the San Francisco office
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree recommended in PR, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
Minimum of 4-5 years+ experience in public relations or corporate communications, preferred but not required in healthcare and or technology industries
Proven track record of successful local and national media placements and PR campaigns
Crisis communication experience is a plus
Successful track record of influencer relations/marketing campaign experience is a plus
Strong understanding of AI technology and its application in PR
Proficiency in PR software tools, including databases and analytics platforms
Hyperorganized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Skilled in time management and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and confidence in speaking on the phone
