PA Media has an opening that could be perfect for you! As a News Editor you will be running the day-to-day operation in the Republic of Ireland as well as reporting on a wide range of stories. You will be managing the daily output and keeping in regular contact with the Editor about the work of the team in Dublin. You will be generating and developing original content, using social media platforms to gather information and promote PA content, and liaising with the departments based in London when required. You will be managing Dublin-based reporters and photographers, engaging with PA customers to ensure effective provision of services, and stepping up to manage output when other senior colleagues are not available.
