PR and External Communications Lead

Pagaya is seeking a PR and External Communications, US Lead. Reporting to the VP of PR and External Communications, this multifaceted role holds responsibility for all proactive and reactive media and press relations efforts in service of Pagaya’s brand, its executives and staff. This role will collaborate closely with the global marketing and PR teams, as well as liaise with the Internal Communications team, with the goal of raising the company’s brand profile and protecting and strengthening the reputation of Pagaya externally. We are seeking a strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to thrive in our fast-paced startup environment. Attention to detail is a must-have, as are collaboration and excellent interpersonal communications skills. Sound fintech savvy or prior experience in the financial services field is extremely helpful. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a trusted confidant and has the ability to be a culture leader across the organization.
