Job Description
As a Senior PR Account Manager you'll be responsible for the following:
Project Work
Develop top-notch content across various channels, tailored for diverse audiences, and ensure minimal revisions.
Lead day-to-day PR account management for clients, including press campaigns, creative projects, and PR solutions.
Provide strategic counsel to both internal teams and clients to enhance PR and broader marketing campaigns.
Account Development
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients on PR and content matters.
Analyse PR coverage and generate performance reports, taking overall responsibility for client KPIs and SLAs.
Cultivate lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for organic growth.
New Business Development
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to research and secure new opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Take the lead in crafting fee proposals for new business opportunities.
Elevate your professional profile by contributing to blogs and providing insights on LinkedIn.
Financial Management
Handle billing plans, invoicing, and client financial activities.
Monitor time spent on accounts and flag potential over-servicing risks.
Ensure accurate expense tracking and client billing.
Teamwork
Delegate junior-level tasks to free up time for strategic activities.
Demonstrate effective line management skills and mentor junior staff.
Maintain a reputation for meeting deadlines and provide regular PR advice to colleagues.

Knowledge of industry trends and contacts is advantageous.
