As we continue to expand our online presence and add to our product portfolio, we are seeking a Part-Time Content Marketing Manager and Copywriter to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our digital footprint through compelling and SEO-optimized content for our website and engaging with customers and prospects via email.

Position Overview

As a Part-Time Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and search engine optimized content that resonates with our target audience. Your primary focus will be developing blog posts, email campaigns, webpage content, and other miscellaneous content assets to support our marketing initiatives spanning organic evergreen content and promotional content for our sales periods. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience copywriting for blog and email, as well as 3+ years of music production experience using DAWS, VSTs and plugins. We want a contributor with a passion for music technology that is eager to create content that not only informs but also drives organic traffic and engages our audience.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a content marketing specialist, manager, or similar role.
3+ years of experience in music production using DAWs, VSTs, and other recording gear.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices on publishing articles with high SEO performance.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
Familiarity with Wordpress and SEMRush not required but preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, averaging 15 hours per week. US timezones required.

Webpage Content
Optimize existing webpage content for SEO and user experience.
Create new webpage content to support product launches, events, and company updates.
Miscellaneous Content Assets
Develop various content assets, such as social media captions, product descriptions, and other collateral, as needed.
Content Strategy Collaboration
Work closely with the team to align content creation with overall marketing and business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategy.
