You will be the owner and champion of our social media communities, responsible for the day-to-day management of PayPal’s social channels. You’ll be PayPal’s eyes and ears on Twitter, Instagram and TikTok, managing proactive and reactive engagements with social users in real time and pinpointing the right moments for us to jump into cultural moments and trending conversations. You’ll also lead our social listening and reporting practice, helping us identify opportunities and top performing content across our Core markets.
