Digital Writer

PEOPLE is currently hiring a writer to work on Parents content (both celebrity and non-celebrity) Mondays-Fridays. Guaranteed 40 hours a week.

This is a fast-paced news operation covering stories about children, families and parenting, under the entertainment umbrella. The writer must be able to handle a high volume of content, upwards of 10 posts a day. They should also feel comfortable conducting interviews with high-profile subjects, and be familiar with trending topics in the parenting world. A familiarity with viral stories on platforms such as TikTok, Reels, etc is preferred.

At least one year's experience writing for a news website in a high-velocity environment required.
Experience at a national news brand preferred.
