Internal Communications Strategist

People’s United Bank is seeking an Internal Communications Strategist, to help develop, drive and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy at a corporate, regional and business line level. You will be responsible for developing communications strategies and materials to inform, engage and inspire employees, ranging from internal newsletters, emails, videos, graphics, and content for the company intranet, events, employee trainings and more.
Your work will help to build a sense of connection and shared purpose across business and state lines, and ensure awareness and understanding of People’s United’s vision and mission as it continues to evolve.
