Supervising News Editor

POLITICO is seeking an experienced news editor to work with reporters covering public policy news in Washington. POLITICO’s policy teams are a vital part of our global news operation, covering every aspect of how federal government decisionmakers affect American lives and the economy. This editor will work with reporters to produce high-impact journalism in a fast-paced newsroom. We’re looking for someone who has expert knowledge of the legislative and regulatory apparatus that drives the Washington news cycle. This editor will work alongside our team of leaders who guide coverage for all POLITICO platforms, from breaking news to deep-dive enterprise stories.
