Salary: £34,984.94 - £36,826 per annum, basis experience
Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
What exactly will you be doing?
As a PR and Media Relations Executive, you will support the effective management, delivery and evaluation of PR and communications aligned to Policy and Public Affairs strategy and deliver customer narrative through stories and support the achievement of AAT’s Business plan objectives.
Major objectives
· Develop and execute creative messaging to promote AAT's key narratives across media channels.
· Support media campaign delivery from concept to completion.
· Craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences and platforms.
· Build and nurture relationships with key journalists and internal stakeholders.
· Identify media opportunities; draft proactive pitches and reactive statements; and pitch persuasively.
· Implement systems and processes to enable a world-class PR and media relations function.
· Maintain up-to-date media contacts, calendars, coverage reports, and other tools to maximize media exposure.
· Work collaboratively across AAT to align PR activities with organizational goals.
· Continuously enhance expertise in contemporary media landscape and influencer networks.

· Experience in PR and media with proven success managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
· Strong project management abilities to develop and execute on campaign plans.

· Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships.
· Proactive media monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
· Experience directing creative partners like designers and photographers.
· Professional and responsive handling of press inquiries.
· Skilled in drafting compelling press releases.
· Driven by data - monitors and evaluates coverage results.
· Ability to work seamlessly with Policy and Public Affairs team.
· Passion for staying current on media trends and best practices.
