You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in retutn, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum plus benefits!

About The PR, Communications & Events Manager Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven and highly motivated PR, Communications & Events Manager who will be responsible for marketing and communicating the organisations message to its target audience and developing the communications strategy to ensure the sustainability of the service. You will be full of ideas and be able to develop creative solutions to key business challenges.
Your key responsibilities as a PR, Communications & Events Manager will include:
Overseeing delivery of marketing communications against an agreed marketing strategy; help to create the organisations’ corporate identity and mission to customer and stakeholders through creation and distribution of brochures and other materials/promotion ….
Developing a strategic communication strategy in support of projects and marketing initiatives, supported by realistic and measurable KPIs in regard to specific media campaigns for the PR function.
To lead on day-to-day marketing and communications
To establish excellent business relationships and networks which will open up further development opportunities for the organisation.
To develop an effective marketing strategy to support the growth of youth services /activities and income which identify core messages, key audiences, new markets, growth areas, partnerships and outreach methods
To manage the effective production and distribution of any relevant marketing materials
Managing and use contact database to maintain client and collaborator relationship newsletter production and outreach.
About Our PR, Communications & Events Manager
You will have the following:
Experience of marketing professional with direct experience of managing high volume, multi-channel reach and response campaigns
Good understanding of the charity sector and wider community services
Experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies
Experience of multi-year budget development and forecasting
Experience of using data and insight to monitor, and where necessary adapt, plans to achieve targets
Experience of influencing, with excellent communication skills who can build on internal and external professional relationships and therefore seen as a subject matter expert
