Marketing Consultant

The Southern California Business Center of Principal is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced Marketing Consultant. In this role you'll support, drive, and execute the delivery of marketing campaigns and communication strategies throughout Southern California for the management team and around 30 financial advisors and filling of occasional support needs for a large region. In addition, this position will be responsible in assisting to achieve sales growth goals through marketing initiatives, increased advisor efficiency, client retention, and driving a customer first culture. These goals will be achieved by collaborating with the advisors on each of their individual marketing needs, partnering with regional marketing consultants to find innovative ways to reach and retain our clients, and executing on tactical campaigns. This role offers a good balance between team support responsibilities and independent project-based work.
