Producer/Reporter, Transportation Unit – ABC News

ABC NEWS is hiring a Producer/Reporter for its Transportation Unit. The Producer/Reporter will cover the Transportation beat in an off-air role for all ABC News platforms, including broadcast, digital, streaming, and radio. They will work closely with ABC's Transportation Unit correspondent and two other transportation producers. This position requires a mix of skills including strong reporting, television news script writing and the desire to break stories on the transportation beat. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, breaking news environment and be willing to travel on short notice and potentially for extended periods. This position requires flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings. This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site and the remainder of their time remotely.
