Role - Professional Copywriter (Clinical Branding and Marketing Team)
Job Type: Part-time contract (20-80 hrs/mo). Note: We'll need you for 80 hrs in August. Time commitment will likely decrease in the fall/winter and pick back up in 2024.
Location: Remote with potential travel to NY-based headquarters as needed.

Our proprietary platform supports the largest and most diverse clinical community in the Northeast and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives. We’ve grown rapidly since our launch in 2019 and are now expanding nationwide.
Opportunity:
Resilience Lab is looking for a professional copywriter to oversee personal branding of our clinical talent for our internal website and external referral platforms. Ideally you also have a background in (mental) healthcare. Responsibilities include creating content strategies and ghost writing/editing biographies of 5-25 clinicians/therapists per month. This position is key to ensuring that all of our clinicians successfully attract their ideal clients to join their practice.
Responsibilities:
Oversees personal branding of individual talent as a clinical product of Resilience Lab
Meets with clinicians as a group and/or 1-1 to cover What a brand is, why it’s important, how to develop your own brand, etc.
Incorporates the Resilience Lab brand into the therapists’ individual brand
How to construct a compelling narrative/story about your brand, articulate that in words, and transform it into an attractive bio/profile
How to create content via blog posts, Instagram stories, TikTok videos, etc.
How to market yourself beyond referral profiles via LinkedIn, networking, social media outlets, and other channels
Develops all written content for referral profiles and works with the Clinical Branding and Marketing team within the Clinical Operations department to input information into platforms
Identify process improvement opportunities so we’re building as efficiently as possible for scale
Work cross functionally with our tight-knit team to gather and implement input from key internal stakeholders, and to keep stakeholders updated on necessary information

Compensation & Benefits:
$50-$75/hour. Compensation is experience-based. Invoices paid on a monthly basis.
