Base Salary: $40,000 to $50,000

Public Relations Coordinator Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns to support organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct research and analysis to identify key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders relevant to our industry and target audience.
Monitor and track media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks, and provide regular reports and analysis to the team.
Support the creation and editing of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to ensure accurate and compelling messaging.
Coordinate and manage media relations activities, including pitching stories, organizing interviews, and managing media inquiries and requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media professionals to secure positive coverage and maintain a favorable public image.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and maximize media exposure across various channels.
Assist in organizing and coordinating media events, press conferences, and promotional activities, including logistics, materials, and media attendance.
Monitor and manage the organization's online reputation through social media monitoring and engagement, responding to comments and inquiries as needed.
Support crisis communications efforts by providing timely and accurate information, coordinating messaging, and assisting in managing public perception during challenging situations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public relations to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
