The role

As a Website Content Producer you’ll have a role that is out of the ordinary, manage the creation and publication of business content on a new global Corporate Intranet by uploading, tagging and producing it within a new content management system. The role holder will also provide content management support for existing Intranet and Internet services during the planning, design and development phase for the new Intranet. Based within the corporate web team and working closely with a Business Content Co-ordinator.

Day-to-day, You Will

Responsible for the process of producing and publishing new content for a new global corporate intranet
Collaborates with the Business Content Co-ordinator to develop templates that will help identify, map and track relevant content that already exists on the current intranet, and prepare new content that needs to be produced
Assists the Business Content Co-ordinator in the process of gathering and preparing business content for publication, using the templates provided
Is responsible for the finalising of content for web production in line with newly agreed content standards and site structure
Edits, or suggests edits to content where appropriate, and proactively works with the Business Content Co-ordinator as well as business stakeholders to ensure that the content being produced is aligned with content standards
Uploads, tags and publishes new content and documents using online content and document management systems for the new intranet (Sitecore and SharePoint Online)

37 hours per week with adaptive working

Essential Experience Of The Website Content Producer

Experience producing content using online content and document management systems (such as Sitecore and/or SharePoint Online)
Knowledge of general web production and publishing processes
Experience with working on web-based content and document systems
