Audience Editor

Quartz is looking for a full-time Audience Editor to work on SEO and social media within our newsroom. The position is remote friendly but applicants should be located in the US or UK. The audience editor’s responsibilities include working with our writers and editors to define and execute our search engine optimization strategy and programming of Quartz’s social media handles—mostly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The successful candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to use data to match search intent to story ideas and editorial strategy.
