Rainforest Journalism Fund - Amazon Regional Coordinator

The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting is seeking to hire a project coordinator for the Amazon Rainforest Journalism Fund. The Rainforest Journalism Fund (RJF) is an initiative aimed at increasing awareness of the role of tropical rainforests in climate change through journalism and outreach. The Pulitzer Center will be offering and administrating reporting grants to regional journalists to report on rainforest issues and will also be providing opportunities for education and outreach. Supported projects will include a mix of print, radio, broadcast and photography. An Amazon advisory committee, composed of leading environmental journalists from the region and beyond, will continue to provide oversight of the regional initiative.
